Zone Two — Hospitality Estate and Community Hub
Craft beverage estate spanning RTD botanical beverages, mead, fruit wine, and artisan distilling. Farm-to-table taproom, estate apiary, glamping and visitor accommodation, botanical gardens, and community events facility.
Zone Three — Working Ranch and Agricultural Production

The enterprises within this framework are not simply co-located — they are designed to reinforce each other. Zone 1 produce and botanicals supply the Zone 2 kitchen and beverage program. Zone 2 spent grain returns as mushroom substrate and livestock feed. Zone 3 manure is composted and cycled back to all zones. The apiary pollinates every zone.
